Enrich Investigation and Studies using (templated ?) key value pairs

Need new sections to Investigation and studies to make them MIAPPE compatible. Maybe a possibility to add key value pairs to Investigation / Study.

First the key/value pair capability.

Second, a possibility to upload a template (priority @ pertinence to discuss) to specify MIAPPE compatibility.
