Data is now output which can be used to generate coverage maps based on event type (dance/free/short/team) and event level. Additionally, the number of withdrawls that a team and skater makes is recorded and output.
This isn't tested 100%, but it's producing the correct score calculations for at least one school (only tested specifically for one school). This now outputs information on every entrant about their total points and point generation ability. I'd like to compute something about dance / freestyle / level stratification to get a better idea of how teams are structured and where teams need improvement.

…crappy input I'm given (e.g. 2012_mit.pm) and another that handles a known format (parse.pm) to generate point totals, etc. in a csv file suitable for MS Excel.
