Partial fixes for the Chrome 142 extension situation

There's a lot that broke when Chrome 142 came out (#4053), but I may be able to fix parts of that individually.

This includes the following fixes coming up:

• Fixing extensions and proxy auth in regular mode (no stealth).
• Fixing proxy auth in CDP Mode.

If you don't see your issue in that "fixed" list, then maybe try Edge, Comet, Brave, or Opera for now.
(Or downgrade to a Chrome version less than 142 if you must use regular Chrome.)
