[Feature Request]: Include all info (e.g. `chore`?)

Thanks for great tool.

Is there any way or feature request issue tracklist for feature Include all info on RELEASES?

Currently my commits like chore does not including in RELEASES

Do you want chore types to trigger a release or merely be included in the change log?
In the latter's case, you can do so by configuring semantic-release/release-notes-generator

Given the documentation here and here, your JSON-styled config should have commit-analyzer's releaseRules configured as such:

For release notes, I'm not completely sure of how that works, but I believe you need to configure semantic-release/release-notes-generator.

Seems it's impossible achieve without changing preset (see mathieudutour/github-tag-action#68).

Works both trigger and release note generation with chore, ci, build and etc
