Edit Hebrew for gender neutrality #193
This PR updates the Hebrew translation to make it gender neutral, closes #192
Most changes involve edits to verbs and pronouns to include both male and female variants separated by a "/", as is common practice in gender-neutral writing in Hebrew. This is as close to gender-neutral as the Hebrew language affords (right now).
The PR also includes a small number of typo fixes.
Kudos to @nirgn975 for the original translation, which was already excellent.

Overall, looks good. I had just a couple of comments. I assume that they apply equally for the other file. Should I also read through the other file? (I didn't so far, because I assume it's identical)
No need to read the other file, the two (and the changes to them) are identical, so reviewing one covers both.
