Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
First working version of senaite.instruments with result import adapters for 3 Agilent instruments, ChemStation, Masshunter Qualitative and Masshunter Quantitative.
Current behavior before PR
All instrument result importing is implemented inside core
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Instrument result importing adapters can be implemented in addons like the senaite.instruments

I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
