Cleaned up the tips at the top of the page

    mbernier committed
I am not sure about this change being the right move here. We have a problem where there are a couple caveats here that we need people to know about. In the original warning box, we had multiple instructions. It makes sense to delineate each item individually, but it does not make sense to have 4 info/warning boxes at the top of the page.

    SMTPAPI Filters use "enable"

    scottkawai committed
Toggling filters on and off is done with the `enable` key, not `enabled`.

If an `enable` key isn't present, the SMTPAPI assumes you're trying to enable it, and turns it on. This is why `enabled` will work when trying to turn on an app that is normally off, but will not work when trying to turn off an app that is normally on.
