Issue Summary

For every release, we hand craft the release notes on GitHub, now we would like to automate this process. Please see the existing release notes for an example. The contents of the release notes are generated from the CHANGELOG.md file. Here is the documentation for updating the release notes via the GitHub API.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A script, which when run, creates a release note update based on the last deployed release

I'd like to tackle this but I don't fully understand the scope. Are you still going to manually edit the CHANGELOG.md file as part of the process of opening PRs to this repo, and you just want someone to write a script that makes a POST request to github.com/repos/sendgrid/sendgroid-oai/releases where the body includes links to the latest zip and tarball and a link to the latest changelog?
