Use this plugin to turn on WP_DEBUG on sites where there is no access to the wp-config.php file or when the site owner is not comfortable editing the file or with using FTP in general.

Where is the settings page?

There are no settings, upon activation of the plugin, WP_DEBUG is set to true in the wp-config.php file of the site.

How to set `WP_DEBUG` back to false?

Great question! When the plugin is deactivated, it sets WP_DEBUG to false.
