Sometimes the number of frames is higher than the number of sensible entry points during the presentation, so for a short table of contents, these frames may be omitted. I suggest sticking to the directory syntax on Linux, that is hiding all frames with a title starting with a dot. Locally, I archieved this by changing the code building the toc (just add "if (G.title.substring(0,1) != ".") {" in the appropriate place.)

Commit 42f7a46 adds a checkbox "Show in frame list" to the user interface.
The default choice is to show the frame title. Presentations made with earlier versions will behave as before.
