Feature request: more options in the preference dialog

Currently, the preferences dialog allow me to set the default font size for the editor. It would be absolutely amazing if the following preferences could be added as well:

• "Default transition": currently the linear transition is chosen by default with duration of 1 second. This is a very good default for most people, I think. Personally, I have a duration of 0 (zero) seconds for most of my slide transitions (I only use dynamic transitions from time to time). It would be great if I could somewhere set a default for the transition type and its duration.

• "Hide element by default": when I add a slide, I always use the "Fit to element" button after which I always press the "Hide element" button. It would be great to have a preference to enable that automatically hide elements to which slides have been fit.
