    Added new type (sensu_extension) and class (sensu::extension) to allow
you to load and configure extensions in Sensu through puppet, with
configuration as required.

  1. Fix error with extension configuration creation. 

    Missed change required for file{} to pre-create the JSON file, resulting in the configuration being removed by Sensu::Package before being recreated by sensu_extension.
