should sensu:;plugin support purge for gems ?

Purge isn't supported for the gem package providers. This might get tricky to implement (breadcrumbs?) given embedded ruby options, but the other providers have the purge feature - so should this too?

Gem installation is really nice. You'd have to change pkg_version to "absent" to manually purge gems a usable workaround... but a consistent behaviour would be nice.

I think this would get really complex for a slightly used feature, but I could be wrong. If you want to take a stab at a PR, even just a working POC I'd be happy to look at it. Feel free to re-open this too if you'd like to discuss more.
