Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I added deps or dev-dep to Cargo.toml, it will report errors every time I open or save it.

  • OS: win10
  • VSC version: 1.39.2

BTW, I remember when I use vsc 1.38, it won't happen.

Better to turn off the alert window. The warnings in bottom bar is enough.
