Update SpiderMonkey to m-c bcf4ff0c3eef. #85

This change is


        Only generate the RecursiveMake backend.

The default includes a Visual Studio backend that we don't need.


        Touch old-configure.


        Add script.


        Update SpiderMonkey


        Add WinNSPR.cpp implementation


        Add missing MOZ_ANDROID_CPU_ARCH call in SpiderMonkey old-configure.in.


        Add mozglue to JS_STANDALONE


        Build mozglue as a static library when building JS_STANDALONE


        Disable __thread on mingw


        Don't try to refresh configure files


        Dumb down LinkedList for rust-bindgen


        Dumb down the pointer type in Rooted<T>

Luckily in Servo, we never use Rooted<T> where T is a special traceable snowflake.


        Bug 1284824 - Fix the build for arm64


        Fix the static library build


        Hide AutoStableStringChars.


        Hide GarbageCollectionEvent


        Hide JSPrincipals::dump


        Hide JS_Enumerate


        Hide JS_ReportErrorNumberVA


        Hide TraceIncomingCCWs


        Hide some callbacks that use RefPtr


        Hide some debug stuff that can't compile as such with RUST_BINDGEN

Because we also hide the unions related to these assertions.


        Hide some stuff in jsval_layout

These things are not the same between 32 and 64 bits.


        Hide some unions in JSPropertySpec

We need to use that type in constant context.


        Hide source hooks


        Hide unions in JSJitInfo

Need it in constant context.


        Linker hack


        Make a horrible hack to avoid dllimport/dllexport on Windows


        Make js/src/configure honor PYTHON


        Use MOZ_FOLD_LIBS


        win32: allow msys make when in mingw64/msys2


        Generate configure.
