Instead of only storing their origin and page size, layers should store
their complete boundaries. The page size should always be the same
as the boundary size as well, since Servo has always been setting
layer clip rects.

Instead of only storing their origin, layers should store their complete
boundaries, to avoid duplication between Servo and rust-layers.
Servo will no longer pass the page_size argument during layer creation,
since the page_size is always equal to the bounding rect.
