I've created https://github.com/servo-automation/upstream-wpt-sync-webhook to act as the target for yet another webhook for servo/servo. Since it requires a local clone of the web-platform-tests repository (~600mb right now), I'd like to run it on build.servo.org like the intermittent-tracker service.
