Buildbot: Don’t schedule now jobs for builders moved to Taskcluster

These builders are not (yet) removed entirely,
so that the web UI still shows existing jobs.

[ FAIL ] Some repos set up for Homu do not exist on GitHub:
          - servo/highfive

… but https://github.com/servo/highfive/ definitely exists. And:

No output has been received in the last 10m0s, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.
