Resolves #15

  • TODO - Owner of repo / person merging needs to enable watching of the repo by Travis CI
    • Adds support for CI with .travis.yml
    • Adds package.json to manage JS dependencies
    • Adds JS Hint, and commands to execute it
    • Removes some unused files
    • Switches the JS libraries to all be served by CDN to be kind to users on bandwidth

I hoped that would wake travis up, but apparently not.
