readme: use libssl1.0-dev build dependency on debian

The openssl-sys-extras crate used by Servo uses the outdated version
1.0 of libssl, and this exists as the libssl1.0-dev on Debian ever since
Debian upgraded to libssl 1.1.

See sfackler/rust-openssl#522 for more context.

If you are on **Ubuntu 14.04** and encountered errors on installing these dependencies involving `libcheese`, see [#6158]( for a workaround.

If `virtualenv` does not exist, try `python-virtualenv`.
