Nothing in our infrastructure configs or the Servo repo presently wgets from openssl.org. All SSL stuff appears to come in from crates that we import (hyper-openssl and openssl), plus having the openssl and openssl-devel system packages installed by Salt. The only wgets in Servo's codebase are from hg.mozilla.org and in the test suite.

For future reference, we currently download a copy of OpenSSL from Rust's S3 mirror (link) for Android builds, which should be much more reliable. This was changed in #17079.
