On this page in particular servo will refuse to scroll vertically, but will scroll just fine on other pages on that site.

I think it has to do with the location of the cursor on the initial scroll. If the cursor is on the right part of the page before the page loads, it appears to work.

Scrolling now works, but doesn't go past "UEFI boot and runtime ser­vices".
