When running

./mach run -r -w -Z wr-stats https://servo.org/bhtml-newtab/webrender-demos/spheres.html

The frame rate is 600 to 800 fps. But it looks laggy (one frame per 13 seconds).

BTW I use Dell XPS 15, which has a nvidia graphic card and I'm using Linux driver version 367.27

Shouldn't it be capping itself at 60fps anyway?

On windows, it does get capped at 60fps, but it feels more like ~15fps, and the movement is very jumpy.

~20fps or so here.
