I originally thought that this is just another variant of #427, but according to @jdm it isn't, so I am reporting https://gist.github.com/mcepl/7944780 here as a new ticket. Building servo from c168e04 on RHEL-7/x86_64 (kernel 3.10.0-60.el7.x86_64, gcc-4.8.2-5.el7.x86_64, what else could be interesting?), ./configure and make went through uneventfully, but make check failed.

What more information I can provide?

OK, so with rm -rf servo and re-cloning from scratch, everything works, so it is a problem with git.
