GitHub header text shifts when mouse is moved over #17830

When moving the cursor over the header categories on GitHub the text itself shifts a bit instead of just changing colour. The text kerning and clearness appear noticeably different in each case. This is possibly some side effect of #17190 I am guessing.

The white text still looks moderately blurrier than the grey text to me but the shifting issue is no longer there.
