Close icon in DuckDuckGo sidebar doesn't change colour on mouseover #19121

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load https://duckduckgo.com/
  2. Click the hamburger menu icon to open the sidebar.
  3. Move mouse over the close icon in the top right corner.
  4. The close icon should change colour to a darker grey but in Servo it does not.

Tested in Windows 10 with Browser.html.
