I tested this out in Windows 10 with a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and it seemed to run decently although it may be marginally laggier than in past builds. I haven't actually tested the specific FPS so I can't confirm. |

My FPS estimate was a ballpark one, anyways, but 1-2 FPS isn't hard to
estimate.

This might not be the exact same issue but I am now getting stuttering every couple of seconds or so in the latest nightly Servo builds. I used to be able to run this demo smoothly without any stutters. |

OS: macOS High Sierra
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630 (I also have a Radeon Pro card, but it was disabled)
I mean, in the scale of 1-2 FPS. Note that it's not actually choking on the CPU (I brought up the Activity Monitor to confirm that).
