This is WPT html/webappapis/dynamic-markup-insertion/opening-the-input-stream/bailout-side-effects-ignore-open-during-unload.window.js. We're failing by removing nodes that should still be there during unload and pagehide, timing out entirely trying to set up beforeunload.
