This is in dom/nodes/Element-closest.html and no browser currently supports it. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:has pretends it exists until you get to the bottom of the page and the compatibility table just says "No." with a link to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418039 for Firefox's no. Draft spec is at https://drafts.csswg.org/selectors-4/#relational
