This is on Ubuntu 18.04, using bootstrap-gstreamer

$ ./mach run -d https://en.wikipedia.org
/home/manishearth/mozilla/servo/target/debug/servo: symbol lookup error: /home/manishearth/mozilla/servo/target/debug/servo: undefined symbol: gst_webrtc_data_channel_state_get_type

Weirdly enough, WPT runs succeed

This was just fixed by #27151.
