I've downloaded the nightly build just now.
Running on up-to-date Win10Pro.
Installed VC runtimes just before starting servo.
Before staring there was 4 GB free memory.
Issued servo.exe https://youtube.com
Clicked on a video.
Servo occupied all 4 GB free memory.

Please advise.

I thought it might be hard to guess the reason with a little clue.
If you build the Servo and run with debug mode, there will be more information.
