  1. Update `ipc-channel` dependency to 0.6 

    Pull in the new interface, to make sure nobody accidentally breaks
compatibility with `ipc_channel::Sender` no longer being `Sync`.

This also requires pulling in a new `webrender`, to get the updated
`ipc-channel` dependency there as well.
