  1. Add support for WebGL2 `MAX_COLOR_ATTACHMENTS` and `MAX_DRAW_BUFFERS`

    Adds support for using the WebGL2 enums `MAX_COLOR_ATTACHMENTS` and
    `MAX_DRAW_BUFFERS` with `GetParameter`.
