I tried to get servo to build on linux over the weekend.

The commit for the rust-freetype submodule is provided by the pull request at servo/rust-freetype#1.

Sorry this was left sitting around. Servo should be fully buildable on linux at this point.

Make `MAX_RECT` much larger.

It was too small to cover many pages, which caused long pages to
disappear when scrolling down.
