Convert webrender from euclid's old to new unit system.

This PR introduces some type aliases such as ```DeviceRect = TypedRect<i32, DevicePixel>``` replacing ```Rect<DevicePixel(i32)>``` (euclid's built-in way to deal with units), and uses them in webrender.
