SES-4672

This PR adds a state list drawable for WebRtcCall's video and mic buttons.

Unmute

  • Keep microphone colour same as they are now
  • Microphone icon should not have slash through it when user is unmuted

Mute:

  • Keep microphone colour and icon same as they are now

Camera Off:

  • Keep camera colour same as they are now
  • Camera icon should have slash through for video off

Camera On:

  • Keep camera colour and icon same as they are now

Video OFF and Unmuted
