When static navigation bar is used 60px padding is added to body tag. But this padding should be added before responsive.css to work properly with mobile devices. So currently I have 60px gap at the top of the screen on my iPhone.

if you remove "padding-top: 60px;" line from the layout, is display properly?

mobile safari doesn't support fixed positioning. So the panel renders as static (default) and under these 60 pixels of body padding.

New commit that fixes body padding (now its loading before responsive). Please bundle git repository if everything is ok, I'll merge it to master
