This is a good start. It introduces the high level concepts well. I think it can be a bit more high level and talk about the benefits more than the features, though. Remember that this is a business, not a technical audience. You've definitely given us a good foundation to work with, so it's a great starting point!

I like this! My only feedback is maybe we can say something more high level about Analytics, rather than going right to charts. Something like this:
Liferay Analytics Cloud deepens your knowledge of how people use your site, so you can create terrific user experiences that drive business and make your visitors happier.

Probably too much detail at this point. We don't want to mention technical details like CSV files till we get to documenting something. Consider changing to "....integrates contacts from multiple sources into a single view."

"timeout" is like "setup". When used as a verb, it's two words: time out. When used as a noun, it's one: timeout.

The information in the above two paragraphs might be good for the top intro section, to introduce people to the benefits of analytics. Not sure it should wait till after you've described some of the technical details about individuals, segments, and touchpoints. You might want to mention the examples at the beginning and then refer back to them here.
