Remove less functional notebooks when we have established our official master that includes rate-limiter logic (Figure out how to progamatically extract Twitter Data "At Scale" #1) and retrieves all features of interest (Add geo coords to output data #3, Add uploaded image urls to output data #4)
move existing data files to a "data" folder and delete deprecated data structure files
