@alpracka

Hi,

I updated rails to 3.2.11 and other gems today. I can't figure out, why precompiling assets fail when deploying. The error output reports 'couldn't find file jquery.effects.core' targeting to rails_admin.js.erb however this file hasn't been changed since last time. So I'm trying here :-).

Below I've post first 6 line of the error output. Thanks for help.

@alpracka - perform "bundle update", update was released which fixes this issue

@vette982

I'm having the same problem, but "bundle update" or even uninstalling then installing the rails_admin gem doesn't seem to solve it.

@khodzha

@vette982 is your version of installed rails_admin 0.4.1?

@vette982

@khodzha Yep, it's 0.4.1. "bundle update" didn't fix the problem, but I solved the problem by manually making the following change to rails_admin.js.erb:
-- require_asset 'jquery.effects.core'
++ require_asset 'jquery.ui.effects'

It has been fixed here: 7abe9b2
Fix is in release 0.4.1 (I just checked to be sure)

@mreinsch

Seems it is back in 0.4.3? Running into same issue now after upgrading from 0.3.0 to 0.4.3?!

@mreinsch

ok, ignore please, had an old copy because of bootstrap conflict.
