tls-oldversions-diediedie

A diediedie draft for tlsv1.0 and tlsv1.1 initiated by Kathleen Moriarty, assisted by sftcd.

Note that this draft has now been adopted by the IETF WG, under the name draft-ietf-tls-oldversions-deprecate (first I-D is yet to be posted) and so the repo for the new version is https://github.com/tlswg/oldversions-deprecate. If you're interested in this topic, then head over there to submit any new PRs or comments please.

Please submit any PRs on the XML file - we're still using xml2rfc for this with the XML file as the source.
