This is a ST3 plugin which:
- Gets the program name in the form of the url from codeforces
- Parses the codeforces program page
- Generates a program file (default: .py file) with ready made code (default: python.snippets)
- Opens the file in current window
For all OSes, ctrl+alt+x opens a new dialogue box which takes the codeforces program url as user input
