Installing Sharpen

The easiest way to install Sharpen is to install it directly from Visual Studio.

In Visual Studio 2017 go to the "Tools" menu, and choose "Extensions and Updates."
In Visual Studio 2019 go to the "Extensions" menu, and choose "Manage Extensions."

Once the "Extensions" dialog opens, on the left side, select "Online -> Visual Studio Marketplace." On the right side, in the Search field, type "Sharpen." The Sharpen extension will appear as shown on the image below. Click on the "Download" button to schedule Sharpen for downloading.

Sharpen will get automatically installed after you close all open instances of Visual Studio.

Once installed, Sharpen will appear in the "Tools" menu, under "Tools -> Sharpen".
