We already support the export of tree branch colours in the nexus format (via issue #630 ) . It would be useful to also support the export of the coloured maps from the cluster pane.

This would probably involve the creation of a temporary basestruct with a list containing the RGB values, and then a multiband 8-bit geotiff exporter function.

Alternately, we can generate a single band integer geotiff and a colour table. This would be more usable as then the coloured regions can be more easily indexed.

Implement coloured geotiff export
Includes ESRI colormap format file, as well as the equivalent for QGIS.

Names and tooltips could do with some tweaking.

This works well enough to be marked as fixed.
