I have created the Greybird xfwm4 symbols and pasted into the new buttons

Compressed files 
First I tried to separate the symbols from the PNG and involve them in the XPM files, but that has not led to smaller files.
I now leave the icons in PNG and compresses them. This works and has the opportunity to provide the icons with antialiasing.

This looks very nice - great work! That last commit (a39fd33) is not really useful, but I'll merge in the rest.
