After inserting a random question via a shortcut or the command pallet, the text-cursor is appended to the front of the text string instead of the end of the string.

This means that in order to answer the question or move to the next line, one must first reposition the text-cursor.
Please consider moving text cursor to the end of the string after a random-question string is pasted.
