Something from my wish list: Shoes should support user specified Gtk2 themes on Windows. Maybe some magic code in Cobbler to install the Gtk2 theme engine (exe /registry stuff) in the system. And associate Shoes (or even a Shoes packaged app) with a particular theme.

Fixing issues #78, #79, #69, and #48 produced a newer set of dependent libraries and a more complete Gtk2 installation on Windows. The MS-Windows theme is working and could be edited to do 'stuff' differently. As is, I think it's better but needs fixing. Adding new themes is a bit of a mystery - failed attempts so far.

Started the documentation for Themes at https://github.com/Shoes3/shoes3/wiki/Polishing-Shoes

There's a lot more to learn about Gtk(2) themes than I care to learn or document any time soon. So the issue is still open even though it's fixed for me.

copy enough hicolor icon theme stuff to stop choes whines.
* requires new shoesdeps
* doesn't make the exe download smaller
* not a peep on cshoes.exe console
* when confirmed, it closes #78,#48, perhaps #24.
