Including recap from #46

  • Cache directory should use %LOCALAPPDATA%, one-time script in NSIS installer could perform this operation.
  • Use GTK+ bundle's fc-cache.exe to cache fonts from the NSIS installer, which should be an acceptable approach to build fonts cache.
  • Other open source software, such as SMPlayer, have more complete fonts.conf file and conf.d directory with more conf files. Might be worthwhile to study.
  • A future preferences window in cobbler could allow turning on or off Windows fonts directory caching.

These features have been implemented to the exception of a preferences window and effectively closes this issue. Reference commit 1028d81 and f418094.
