Beefs up our story around CI:

  • tests now run on Windows
  • tests now report code coverage to coveralls
  • Fixes a couple of tests that were flaky.
  • Adds HoundCI
  • Made badges more prominent on the repo and added more of them.
  • CI is now running against a new Shotgun server.
