Implementation in togeojson : mapbox/togeojson#44

Don't think we had to handle Track & MultiTrack, can't see anything about it in KML reference, cf https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/kmlreference

Don't think we had to handle Track & MultiTrack

In fact we need these ones, since chromium & safari ignore the prefix, cf :

Opera in XHTML mode or XML1, Safari in XHTML mode or XML and Firefox 1.5 and 2 in XHTML mode or XML ignore any namespace prefix when matching elements;

A simple fix is on the way...
